What time does the festival start?
Festival gates open at 3pm Saturday, August 27th.

What does a ticket cost?
Tickets for August’s festival are $45 pre-sale and $55 day of show.

What does a camping pass include?
Camping passes are good for one vehicle and a 10′ x 10′ area.

What time does the campground open?
Campground gates will open at 12 PM on Saturday, August 27th.

I want to camp next to my friends, can you reserve a spot?
Camping sites are allocated as you arrive. Spaces can’t be held, so please show up at the same time if you’d like to camp together.

Are there showers?
There are no showers at the venue or campground.

Is alcohol allowed in the campgrounds?
Alcohol is permitted within the confines of your campsite.

Is alcohol allowed in the festival?
You can’t bring alcohol into the festival. Alcohol is available from vendors inside the festival grounds with a valid ID.

Can I bring an RV or trailer?
Yes, RV’s and trailers are allowed.

Can I bring my pet?
No. It’s inappropriate to leave an animal locked up, where it may suffer from extreme heat. You may be subject to prosecution for animal cruelty.

Where can I apply to be a craft or food vendor?
Please email info@crownsummerseries.com for information on being a Crown Festival vendor.

Are there any age restrictions?
The festival is all-ages. Parents and guardians should use their own discretion as to what programming they feel is suitable for their children.

What items are allowed at the festival?
All festival guests will be subject to a search upon entry and prohibited items found inside the festival will be forfeited and not returned.

  • Empty water bottles (non-glass only) and Camelbaks – water filling stations and water fountains are available throughout festival grounds
  • Non-professional cameras (without a detachable lens)
  • Backpacks – less than 17” x 12” x 10” in size
  • Fannypacks and Jammypacks
  • Cigarettes and lighters
  • Hats
  • Small Beach Towels / small blankets
  • Service Animals
  • Wheelchairs (manual or electric)
  • Strollers
  • Prescription medication in properly labeled prescription bottles (must match your name on the bottle)

What items are prohibited at the festival?
All festival guests will be subject to a search upon entry and prohibited items found inside the festival will be forfeited and not returned.

The following items are NOT allowed at the festival:

  • Tents
  • Chairs
  • Weapons
  • Projectiles, including balls and Frisbees
  • Fireworks
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any other illegal substances
  • Animals/pets, except service animals
  • Cameras with detachable lenses
  • Alcohol
  • Beverages of any kind
  • Coolers and ice chests
  • Glass bottles or glass of any kind
  • Flasks or Bota bags
  • Drones or other remote-controlled aircraft/toys
  • Wagons or carts
  • Bicycles
  • Skateboards
  • Backpacks larger than 17″ x 12″ x 10″
  • Laser pointers
  • Air horns or other noisemakers
  • Selfie sticks/narcissistics
  • Spiked jewelry and large chains
  • Markers and spray paint
  • Stickers
  • Over-the-counter medication
  • Musical instruments

May I bring audio or video recording equipment to record the event?
Audio and video recording equipment with an external microphone is not allowed at the festival.
